Is your domestic roof in need of an upgrade? Perhaps you’re considering an extension? Our time-served team is skilled at replacing flat roofing and pitched roofing, with slate roofing or tiling, and we offer a full service from concept to completion.
Our family-run roofing company is based in Godalming and welcomes homeowners within a 50-mile radius throughout Surrey and Hampshire. With a 24-hour emergency call-out service, we are ready to help with roof replacement services around the clock.
We predominately serve domestic clients but can also work alongside local builders, carrying out the following:
At T.H.S Roofing Ltd, we’re a roofing company that builds durable and visually pleasing pitched and flat roofing for a variety of house styles. We also offer a wide range of slates and tiles for pitched roofing systems. When we undertake a roofing installation for an extension, we can match the colour and material to your existing roofing system. Our products are sourced from well-known suppliers like Firestone and Cure-It to ensure a high-quality finish.
It is important to consider aesthetics and functionality so we install sleek, weather-resistant roofing systems, which will protect and possibly add value to your home.
During a new roof installation, we can fit Velux windows and skylights. They will increase natural light in the property and allow more fresh air to flow through your Godalming home.
If a roof has not been properly maintained by the previous owner, or has suffered significant damage, you may notice leaks, mould or other issues inside the property. We determine how much work is needed to protect the structure, depending on your requirements and the condition of the existing roof.
At T.H.S Roofing Ltd, we ensure the new roof is water-tight and long-lasting so it protects the property, and is visually pleasing so it increases the value of your home.
When we work with slate roofing systems, we may be able to recycle the old materials for the replacement process. This helps increase sustainability and lower costs. Flat roofing structures are purposely designed to have less than one degree of incline. This helps with drainage by encouraging water to flow into the gutters lining the roof.
If we complete a new roof installation for your Godalming property, it is guaranteed for at least 15 years. Re-roofing is a thorough process; we strip out the battens and membranes from beneath the slates or tiles and replace the trusses with fresh timber before installing new materials.
At T.H.S Roofing Ltd, we’re a roofing company that undertakes everything from tile replacement to installing a new system for both commercial and domestic roofs.
