Our roof repairs include:
We install slates and tiles in an overlapping formation, held together on battens by nails in order to prevent moisture penetration and leakage. If one of these nails becomes rusty, the slates or tiles may move out of line, leaving the property with less defence against outside elements.
T.H.S Roofing Ltd is a roofing company that offers slate and tile realignment for a quick turnaround and easy fix. We can also remove and replace the materials to ensure your property is in good working and visual condition for the foreseeable future.
Perhaps you’ve noticed a roof leak or lack of insulation in your property. If so, then it’s probably time to consider our roof repairs service, which includes chimney repointing and leadwork. A damaged chimney can become a hazard for passers-by. Should you notice mould around the fireplace or chimney breast, or spot visible issues with the chimney, our repair and repointing services are the ideal solution.
Repointing a chimney involves removing old mortar, refilling the joints, and tidying up the excess for a smoother finish. This process will prevent moisture from seeping into the mortar and causing leaks in the property.
This leaves your chimney in a better visual condition.
Lead flashing keeps your property watertight and improves insulation. T.H.S Roofing Ltd replaces leadwork to specification, choosing a code which will offer the best level of protection and the most suitable barrier against water ingress.
Our roofing company welcomes domestic clients from Godalming or the surrounding Surrey and Hampshire areas. When a roof becomes damaged, it is likely that you will need to request urgent roof repairs. Luckily, we offer a 24-hour emergency call-out service for our clients.
So, whether it’s a puncture, tear or leak, whether you require patch repairs, emergency roof work or storm damage repairs of any scale, the T.H.S Roofing Ltd team will be ready to help.
